"Cultura spirituale dell'anima," a devotional book attributed to a 16th century nun; round, elegant, humanistic Italian bookhand; two lines ruled for each line of text; head pieces and tail pieces; decoration and framing in liquid gold; concludes with Litany of the Virgin. A French Book of Hours of the Virgin, 14th century; and a 17th century Spanish translation of a papal bull issued by Honorius III to the Franciscan order in1224.
